Karen Misraje
Real Estate Partner

Karen has practiced residential real estate in Los Angeles for more than thirty years. Her career spans buyer's markets and seller's markets, recession years and run-ups, with transaction volume exceeding one billion dollars across that period.
Her practice centers on the Westside, with deep working knowledge of the Beverly Hills estates, West Hollywood, Hancock Park, and the broader Westside corridors. She brings additional fluency to coastal markets including Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, and the Malibu coast. Each of these submarkets has distinct buyer profiles, pricing rhythms, and inventory patterns, and Karen treats them as the separate markets they actually are rather than collapsing Los Angeles into a single conversation.
Outside of transactional work, Karen has spent much of her career in leadership roles. She served as Branch Manager at Partners Trust Beverly Hills from 2014 through 2017, then at Pacific Union Beverly Hills from 2017 through 2018, and at Compass Beverly Hills from 2018 through 2019. During the same period she held the presidency of the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors in 2017 and served as President of MLS.com Regional Multiple Listing Service in 2015.
That institutional experience informs how she works with clients today. She understands how the brokerage industry actually moves transactions, how listing data flows between platforms, and where the friction points live in the closing process. For sellers, that translates to clear expectations on timing, pricing, and process. For buyers, it means an accurate read on what competing offers are likely to look like and how to position accordingly.
